Abstract. A dynamical model D_X(t) = A(t) - P_X(t) built from divisibility by Mobius inversion, whose peaks match the ordinates of the Riemann zeta zeros. The paper shows the match is structurally forced - D_X is a truncated xi'/xi, so its peaks are its poles - and that two features which looked like independent structure resolve into truncation error and the Rayleigh resolution criterion.
