Abstract. An exact histogram for the increments of a quadratic staircase, and the local maxima of 2j^2 mod n, proved rather than observed.
No progress toward the twin-prime conjecture is claimed. Priority is
not claimed for any result. Every number printed is regenerated by a script in code/ of the
